Biography
Mr. Wheatley concentrates his practice on family law, mediation, wills, and estate planning. He grew up in Louisville and graduated from DeSales High School. He graduated cum laude from Bellarmine University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He also graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where he earned his J.D. While attending Bellarmine, he worked as a clerk for the Probate Court at the Hall of Justice. During his time at UofL, he worked as a law clerk for a firm that focused on family law, mediation, wills, estate planning, and landlord-tenant law. Additionally, he is on the Kentucky Court of Justice’s Roster of Court-Approved Mediators. Nick likes to spend time with his friends, family, and his German Shepherd named Lady.
